Expectations & Protocols

[TPA: Driver1B] | [SOTA: Driver2B] 

1. Dress Code: A blue vest must be worn with your ID visible and closed-toed shoes during your shift. We would recommend that you keep a backup pair in your car.
2. Pickup Time: Arrive at the pharmacy 10-15 minutes before the route releases.
3. Square Team App:
   1. Post the screenshot of the route release from Framework.
   2. Take a photo of all the meds on the cart before scanning.
   3. Post a photo of each bin separately with the name of the stop and the number of totes. (ex: 4 Totes Grande)
   4. Post the screenshot of all totes scanned with green checkmarks.
   5. After loading the car, take a final photo of the cart and ensure all bins are empty.
   6. Post screenshots of the med tech/nurse signature after each stop.
4. Framework:
   1. After your final stop, confirm whether you will return to the pharmacy by selecting “Yes” and completing the process so the final orders can be submitted.
   2. Refresh the app and quit it.
5. CXT:
   1. Sign upon arrival at the pharmacy before scanning totes for Framework.
   2. Sign for each stop upon delivery (fyi, this is monitored by higher-ups and is automatically time-stamped when you do) 
6. Driving Behavior & Speed: No reckless driving that could alert the police or cause an accident. Your speed should not exceed more than 10 miles over the speed limit.
7. Fill-Ups: The route is approximately 200 miles. We recommend looking to fill up when you have less than 60 miles to empty. There usually is a Wawa nearby the stops. 
8. End of Shift Recap: Send a brief summary of how the route went. This is where you’d include any pertinent information we should be aware of. (Ex: Manual signatures and/or returns)
